Acceptance of Terms
By creating a SIGNBOT account, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use SIGNBOT.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including strategies you create and trades executed via SIGNBOT or LiveBot.
Wallet Credits & Virtual Money
Wallet credits are real money used exclusively for signal fees. Virtual money is used only to simulate P&L in SIGNBOT paper trading. These two ledgers are never interchangeable, and virtual money has no real-world monetary value.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the platform, abuse the AI strategy builder or chatbot for unrelated purposes, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
LiveBot & Broker Execution
LiveBot places real orders through your own connected broker account based on your strategy configuration. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any strategy before activating LiveBot, and for the financial consequences of live trades.
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Market data feeds, broker APIs, and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or abusing the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
