₹99 Trial — Money Back If Unused
If you are not satisfied with SIGNBOT and have not yet used the trial, you can request a full refund of the ₹99 trial activation fee. "Unused" means no backtest report has been generated and no SIGNBOT or LiveBot signal has been fired on your account. Email [email protected] from your registered address and we will refund to the original payment method. Conditions apply.
Once Used, The Trial Fee Is Non-Refundable
The moment a backtest report is generated or a SIGNBOT/LiveBot signal fires on your account, the trial fee has been used for what it was paid for and is no longer refundable.
Except When We Got It Wrong
If a backtest report or a trading signal was incorrect because of a fault on our side — a platform bug, a data error, or an engine defect — that specific charge is refunded, or your wallet is credited with the equivalent so you can run it again at no cost. This applies whether or not the trial is otherwise "used". Report it to [email protected] with the report or signal reference and we will investigate.
This Covers The Platform Fee Only — Never Trading Outcomes
Every refund described on this page relates strictly to fees paid to SIGNBOT for use of the platform. Nothing here covers, guarantees or compensates trading results of any kind: profits not made, losses incurred, positions that moved against you, or a strategy that performed worse live than in backtest are not refundable events. SIGNBOT provides tools and signals, not investment advice, and market risk remains entirely yours.
Wallet Credits Are Non-Refundable
Wallet credit top-ups beyond the trial are non-refundable once purchased, including any bonus usage granted with them. Wallet credits are consumed as fees when you run a backtest or a paper/live trade — unused balance carries forward and does not expire within its validity window.
Virtual Money Has No Monetary Value
Virtual money granted with a top-up is used solely to simulate P&L in SIGNBOT paper trading. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money under any circumstances.
Exception Process
In rare cases — such as a duplicate charge, a failed top-up that debited your payment method without crediting your wallet, or a verified platform error that incorrectly deducted fees — you may request a review by contacting [email protected] with your transaction details. Approved exceptions are refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Subscription-Free Model
SIGNBOT has no recurring subscription to cancel. There is no monthly subscription — you pay per usage from your wallet, and top-ups are one-time purchases used at your own pace — so there is no renewal to stop and no cancellation window to miss.
