Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, phone), KYC details where required, strategy configurations you create, backtest and trading activity, wallet transaction history, and technical data such as device and browser information used to secure your account.
Broker Credentials
For LiveBot real trading, we store your Alice Blue broker OAuth session securely and use it solely to place, modify, and exit orders on your behalf based on your strategy rules. We never use your broker credentials for any purpose other than executing your own configured strategies.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate your account, run your strategies, calculate P&L and signal fees, provide customer support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data with your broker (Alice Blue) only as needed to execute LiveBot orders you have configured, and with payment processors to handle wallet top-ups. We do not share your trading strategies or activity with other users.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.
